HLDS for Linux – Steam Outage!
Over the last 48 hours, Steam had some issues with their updating. Every time one of our hlds game servers would start, it would check for updates from steam and end up with a strange error like this:
>>Incorrect price blob version! Update your server!
It looks like its fixed now, but during the outage, if you restarted your server, it would not come back up! This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. Check out the history I found via google of this same problem:
